Hetav U. Dave, is a seasoned litigator trusted by his clients for his exceptional analytical skills and effectiveness in cases pertaining to arbitration, family law, immigration matters, and corporate/commercial law. His skill and competency enable him to see opportunities where others see challenges.
Hetav graduated with a Law Degree in 2011. Since then, he relentlessly pursued and expanded his area of expertise by obtaining formal training from prestigious institutions such as the University of Toronto and Ryerson University. His global litigation experience in courts within Ontario and outside Canada empowers him to comprehend any legal matter efficiently and provide solutions that help accomplish a positive outcome in the interest of his clients. His clientele ranges from large enterprises to individuals and small businesses.
During his career, Hetav also had the honor of representing one of the largest private sector banks in the Asia-Pacific region as an in-house counsel where he successfully minimized the bank’s risk exposure on lending funds to individuals and SMEs.
Apart from representing the clients from all walks of life and going the extra mile to ensure their success, Hetav can be found immersed in the world of books. He likes to expand his knowledge with books on different topics and makes time to complete reading one new book every week. Food is another one of his passions. Along with enjoying a good meal and trying new cuisines, Hetav enjoys cooking a scrumptious meal for his family and friends.
He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.
